Like a fruit tree that
bears the most luscious of fruits, the tree does not make a judgment or choose who will
receive the nourishment of the fruits the limbs hold, but offers it without reserve to
those who want to taste the essence of the growth from each bough. It is the harvest
that feeds the body, laughter that heals the mind, and wisdom that feeds the soul.

My motivation is to share the accumulation of knowledge
I have gleaned after receiving an active, joyous lifetime with the God given talent of
storytelling. In reflection, I have a wealth of memories for the years of
adventures, the harvest of a satisfying lifes work with: wonderful and
rewarding days well spent at a job I love, cherished friendships, the ability to coax a
smile from those who thought there was none left to give, the healing panacea of laughter,
and the gift of bestowing to a listener, the possibility of change in ones life
through uplifting and inspiring stories of heroes and heroines both spiritual and
historical who hopefully act as guideposts to our journey through life. I am
delighted to pass the torch to those who are willing to take up the fire in the journey of
life by lighting the way for others along the trail.
